		<description>I really appreciate your insight on the use of google webmaster tools in conjunction with the hcard and the KML file.  As to reviews, I also think they help, but I do wish google would act more quickly to penalize SEO and creating listings purely to try to game the system.  We used to see competitors using PO boxes, now we see competitors making up locations out of whole cloth.  Google needs to put higher priority on mailed verification over people that just list a cell phone.</description>

		<description>Nice post for local listing. Over all it looks like it uses same organic Algo for ranking with little diff parameters. I found one thing interesting some of bad review sites are up but some of which have good reviews not showing up. So Do you  think just number of reviews matter or number of positive reviews matter?</description>

		<description>Any update as to your take on the ranking factors of google local?  As an Atlanta mover google local seems to be one of the more important search areas for our company.  I agree that google local works off different criteria than traditional SEO.  We are constantly at or near the top for traditional SEO for our terms but our google local spot goes all over the board........</description>
